There is hereby established the Office of Independent Prosecutor to be headed by an Independent Prosecutor. It may hereinafter be referred to as “the Office.” Support staff for the Office may include lawyers, investigators, and other administrative support staff.”
(a) The Office shall be independent of administrative control by the National Government.
(b) Nothing herein this Section shall prohibit congressional oversight in aid of legislation on the fiscal year budget, enforcement of reporting requirements under this Title, and compliance with the laws of this nation, including but not limited to title 11 of this Code, title 52 of this Code, and title 55 of this Code.
