§ 1101.  Per diem rate.

     § 1101.  Per diem rate.
     The sum of ten dollars ($10.00) shall be paid as per diem to each magistrate for each day which he is in attendance at a Magistrates' Conference.

    § 1102.  Calling of conference.
     A Magistrates Conference may be convened by the High Commissioner President of the Federated States of Micronesia or the District Administrator Governor, or by their duly authorized representatives, or by the District Chuuk State Legislature, or by a majority vote of the Magistrates taken at a previous duly convened Magistrates. Conference.

     § 1103.  Additional expenditures authorized.
     Each magistrate who is required to arrive before the Magistrates. Conference as a result of transportation difficulties shall be entitled to receive ten dollars ($10.00) per diem for each day he is required to be at the conference site side due to transportation difficulties.  The District Administrator Governor is hereby authorized to expend the funds herein appropriated, not expended for per diem, for any and all purposes necessary or incidental for conducting the Magistrates.      § 1104.  Payment procedure.
     Payment shall be made by the District State Treasurer upon presentation of a roster and statement of attendance certified by the official presiding at the Magistrates. Conference.

     § 1105.  Authorization of appropriation.
     There is hereby authorized an annual appropriation out of the General Fund of the Truk District Legislature Chuuk State, of such sum as the Legislature deems necessary to carry out the provisions of this Chapter.
